I had been watching all the fun people were having at this new adventure on various social media and I Knew it was a place we had to check out…. luckily my daughter got invited along to a birthday party and I got to join in on all the fun!
Net World is literally a network of nets suspended in the trees. There is a variety of spaces each with a certain theme or focus which are joined by net walk ways and timber platform tree houses. Kids have a ball, bouncing, running and sometimes tumbling along …it is utter chaos BUT so much fun!!!
The areas have different names and features. One has very large inflatable balls, one has a small ballpit, one is a chill out area (not that much chilling happens!) one had a ten pin bowling set up and one is for the younger kids with smaller inflatable balls. That is not all because each area is joined by walkways which are a bouncy adventure within themselves!
Supervision is important, adults do have to supervise within the Net World, but to be honest this is very hard! I was part of the supervising adults at the party and I couldn’t keep up with the 9 year olds that were there…. they were fast and just spread out everywhere among the nets! We have to regather them every so often to check on them to make sure they were ok and to remind them to stay close!
The kids were having such an amazing time that we had to beg them to come down (even though it was raining!) to have a drink and some birthday cake! (which they guzzled down and ran straight back up!) They loved it so much that they stayed up there right till the end of the two hours and came down sweating and exhausted… so did 1!!
Such a great place to burn off all that childhood energy that’s for sure!
