The Mantra 100 Exhibition: A review  4

When looking for accommodation for my weekend in Melbourne with  my Mum and sister, I immediately logged onto my favourite online accommodation site booking.com. It’s here that I found The Mantra 100 Exhibition, at what I think is an awesome price for Melbourne CBD accomadation – $398 for 3 people for 2 nights!

Finding accommodation for 3 can be a bit tricky. The rollaways that have for the third persons is generally small, uncomfortable and often takes up the majority of the remaining floor space. This wasn’t the case at The Mantra 100 Exhibition, as the self contained studio apartment had a separate bedroom and this allowed  plenty of room for the third person on the comfy rollaway bed.mantra 100 exhibition

The room also contained a kitchenette which had a full size fridge, microwave and hot plates as well as all the cutlery and utensils you needed. It was nice to have these facilities to make our own breakfast in, rather than going out for it, and also to be able to grab a cup of tea when we felt the need!

The bathroom facilities were also great, although it did take a bit of manipulation to start the shower at first and the exhaust fan didn’t seem to work! There was plenty of room in there to move around, get dried and dressed and the products they supplied were  plentiful and pretty nice!

With the Mantra 100 located on Exhibition street, we were in the heart of the CBD, walking distance to mostly everything, shopping not too far away in the mall, 7/11 next door and the closet tram line was only one block away. (Trams in the city boundary are free to ride on and so convenient!) The staff were friendly and helpful, organising our airport transfers for us and answering any questions we had. While the foyer was cosy and inviting, and contained plenty of information on Melbourne.

Overall I loved our stay at The Mantra 100 Exhibiton, it had all we needed plus more than I expected!

I would definately look into staying here again next time I am in Melbourne!

Safe Travels
